New Tutor Spring Orientation

FOR NEW TUTORS:
Join us for an Orientation to jump-start your volunteering with us – required before you join us for your first tutoring session. A CLEARED BACKGROUND CHECK IS NOT NEEDED TO JOIN US FOR ORIENTATION, but must be completed before tutoring.
During Orientation we’ll cover the following items:
- Who SDRT is
- What we do
- How to get involved
- Tips for tutoring
BEFORE VOLUNTEERING, ALL NEW TUTORS NEED TO REGISTER WITH US, GO THROUGH THE STEPS, AND COMPLETE A BACKGROUND CHECK FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR.
