Cocoa & a Cookie: End of Fall Trimester Event

Come Enjoy Cocoa and Cookie Decorating with Your Student!
Here’s a wonderful chance for tutors and students to connect… face-to-face and in-person!
It will truly be a festive, joyous occasion that you won’t want to miss.
Mark your calendar and RSVP NOW to plan to come see your student, decorate a cookie with them, and enjoy a cup of hot cocoa together.
Since the students will also be receiving books at this event, maybe you two can even read a few pages together, too!
Students will also each receive a holiday gift, gift card, groceries, and a few other fun items.
You can also volunteer to help run the event with us by signing up for one of the shifts below!
2 time slots to RSVP:
11 a.m.–2:30 p.m.: Set-Up Crew: Meet at our North Park storage office, then load all items in your vehicles to move to Ibarra and help set up.
2 p.m.–5:30 p.m.: Run Stations & Clean-Up: Run stations & distribute items (Popcorn, Books, Gifts, Gift Cards, Hope For San Diego Packages, Cocoa/Cookies, Groceries, etc). Then clean up and take items back to our storage office in North Park.
