Back2School Bash 2021: SET-UP CREW
August 21, 2021 @ 6:30 am - 9:30 am
It is time to help our students get ready for a long awaited new school year!
We will need you to help us set up, organize and distribute backpacks, hygiene items, new shoes, and school supplies for our kids. We’ll even have lunch for everyone.
Please sign up for the time you can commit to. We need each of your familiar, friendly faces to help make this event a success!
You can also bring a trusted friend, colleague, or partner—just email us to let us know.
THIS RSVP IS FOR SET-UP: 6:30–9:30 a.m.
3 time slots to RSVP:
6:30–9:30am: Set-Up Crew: Meet at our storage office in North Park and help us move all items to Ibarra
9:00am–1:30pm: Distribution Crew: Help us size kids’ feet, pass out hygiene items, grill lunch and much more!
1:00pm-4:00pm: Tear-Down Crew: Meet at Ibarra and help us tear down and return all items to North Park.
