Bridge to the Beach – Beach & Bay Day

Join the SDRT students for a day of surfing, boogie boarding, stand-up paddling, and kayaking in conjunction with Out of the Boat Swim.

UPDATED SCHEDULE: 

7 a.m. Meet at Ibarra (if anyone is planning to help with transport)

8 a.m. Meet at the Bay (email for location)

8:30 – 11:30 a.m. Bridge to the Beach

11:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. Transition: showers and change

12 – 1 p.m. BBQ

1 p.m. Head back to Ibarra

Come help reward our students who have been actively attending their swimming lessons – and working so hard in the process – for the past 3 weeks and earlier this year.

Volunteers can also opt to meet at the Bay instead by 8 a.m. If interested, shoot us an email at [email protected] and we’ll provide you with the meeting place.

It’s such a great way to connect with our kids outside of the classroom and they’d love to see your familiar faces.
