Bike Day 2022 & End-of-Trimester Event—1st Crew Volunteer

SATURDAY, MARCH 19
FOR A COMBINATION OF FUN EVENTS!

 

We are finally bringing back the beloved Bike Day that we postponed two years ago!

We are partnering with a couple of amazing people who will bring 50+ bikes of all shapes and sizes for our kids to ride all around the Ibarra blacktop.
It gives our kids the chance to ride in a safe environment with all kinds of interesting bikes (we’ll bring helmets too!)

We will also have lunch together along with our end-of-trimester Grab-n-Go stations.
These stations will include hygiene products, books, groceries and new shoes for every student.

 

The actual event runs from 10 a.m.–2 p.m., but we need your help to monitor the biking, set up, clean up and/or run a station. Plus we’d love for you to connect with our (and your!) students.
The goal is for us to have enough volunteers so that everyone will have a chance to connect to students and also help out at the event.
Please RSVP for the time slot that works best for you and feel free to bring a friend/family/etc. (just email us to let us know who!).

THIS RSVP IS TO VOLUNTEER FOR:
First Crew (North Park meet-up) at 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.

2 time slots to RSVP:
7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.: First Crew: Meet at our North Park storage office, load all items in your vehicles to haul to Ibarra Elementary, help set up, and run stations.
11:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.: Second Crew: Help us run stations, prepare lunch, break down the event and return all items to North Park in cars.
