Thanksgiving Feast Pick-Up 2021: SET-UP & ORGANIZE (IBARRA)

Thanksgiving is coming and we (yet again) are unable to have our annual amazing meal together with our students, their families and our families.

Every November, we cannot wait to share our Thanksgiving tradition with our students and watch tutors meet moms, dads and siblings of the child they tutor. We fill the auditorium with laughter, crafts, games, a photo booth, and the most scrumptious apple pie you’ve ever tasted. Our students love playing Uno, trying stuffing for the first time, and meeting your whole family as well.

 

Though this tradition in its fullness will be sorely missed this year, we are still planning something special and we need YOU.

 

Please sign up for the time you can commit to. We need each of your familiar, friendly faces to help make this event a success! You can also bring a trusted friend, colleague, or partner—just email us to let us know.

THIS RSVP IS FOR:
SET-UP/ORGANIZE (Ibarra meet-up) at 9:00–11:30 a.m.

3 time slots to RSVP:
8:00am–11:00am: Load-out/Set-Up Crew: Meet at our North Park storage office, then load all items in your vehicles to move to Ibarra and help set up.
9:00am-11:30am: Set-Up/Organize Crew: Meet at Ibarra to unload all items from vehicles and set it all up.
11:30pm–3:00pm: Distribute/Clean-up Crew: Meet at Ibarra to help distribute items to our families and then return items to our North Park storage office.
