We wish this weren’t the case, but we must postpone our gala for now.

Although we were so looking forward to a great party celebrating our students, families and community, we have decided not to continue the SDRT Inaugural Gala on April 17, 2020 due to government mandates and public health precautions regarding COVID-19.

Our SDRT Board and Gala Committee are brainstorming about how to move forward and will be in touch as soon as we decide. We very much still plan to have our first ever SDRT Gala in 2020.

So, get ready to celebrate with us once this is all over- we will all be more than ready, that’s for sure! Thanks, as always, for your continued commitment to San Diego Refugee Tutoring and the wonderful students we serve. They’ll need our support more than ever after this crisis passes.

Thanks to all of you who have sponsored this event, bought tickets and have helped us plan for its success. We look forward to sending you a new date real soon!
